Lauded as “the undisputed champion of dosas,” the vegetarian menu encompasses a world of authentic South Indian flavours across dozens of dosa options, including dessert flavours. Beyond its signature dish, popular menu items include vada (lentil flour doughnuts) and finger foods like samosas, while the chutney accompaniments are always a hit. As a family-owned restaurant, it’s also family-friendly, with a tailored kids’ menu and a homey feel.
Tamarind Modern Indian Bistro - Michelin Recommended
Revamped in 2020, Tamarind brings diners a modern take on traditional Indian dishes worthy of a Michelin mention, like its paneer that packs “volumes of flavour.” Alongside updated classics, fusion dishes like Chettinad chicken tacos and panipuri shots add interest – and fun – to the menu. Here, the thoughtful plating and presentation is part of the luxe experience. A chic interior and glam patio perfectly welcomes visitors to the gastronomic dining experience they are about to enjoy.
