Largest Drive-Thru Charity Breakfast with Santa Event Returns to Mississauga

(Mississauga, ON) – Celebrate the season of giving at the 5th Annual Breakfast with Santa in support of

Eden Food for Change. On Saturday December 3, 2022 the community is invited to experience one-of-a kind

festive fun with food, friends, music and Santa – all from the comfort of their vehicle!

Santa will be joined by first responders, Peel Regional Police, Ontario Provincial Police, Mississauga Fire, Peel Paramedics

and other frontline workers and community volunteers, ready to welcome everyone as they drive-thru the

festivities and pick up their hot breakfast, packaged and ready to go. Along the takeaway route, guests will be

greeted by the sounds of the season as local artists perform live.

“This event is all about connecting our community and helping take care of each other,” says Imran Hasan

Vice-President, Eden Food for Change. “We are inclusive and are proud to support families from all cultures

and faiths at our foodbanks. This fundraising event is no different. We live in one of the most diverse

communities in Canada and we welcome everyone to join us and order from the breakfast choices that

embrace all cultural and faith-based tastes.”

100% of proceeds from the Drive-Thru Charity Breakfast support Eden Food For Change (EFFC), a local food

centre serving Mississauga’s communities in need. EFFC provides access to healthy, fresh and nutritious food,

education and training at an in-house learning kitchen. Members benefit by learning transferable skills in

preparation for health and future employability.

Preregistration for the drive-thru is required. Tickets are only $25 dollars per adult and KIDS EAT FREE. Meal

choices include Vegetarian, Halal, and Regular.
