As a young bright chef and business man, Sam Osmow took over Polar Submarine as his own business. Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant – making it a business he can easily relate to. Sam reopened up as Osmow’s, a truly Mediterranean restaurant at 251 Queen Street South, Unit 1, Mississauga, thereby presenting his new healthy and mouth-watering meal selections. Due to the excellent success in quality and service, Sam has opened seven additional Osmow’s locations.

Due to his passion to culinary arts Sam gained his experience and unleashed his culinary talent through working in high-end restaurants in Cairo and Kuwait where he discovered the secrets of delicious Mediterranean and Middle Eastern recipes.
