Meat our Meat:
Our brisket, ribs, and ribeye cuts are all sourced from Creekstone Farms. All of our meat from Creekstone Farms have a grading of USDA Prime Beef, which is the highest quality beef awarded based on marbling. Less than 2% of all beef produced in the United States will earn this Prime designation. The only thing this means for our customers is more powerful beefy flavours and tenderness.

Creekstone Farms Premium Beef comes from Black Angus cattle, which are treated in a humane manner in a plant that is only devoted to the production of Black Angus Beef.

Creekstone Farm meat is certified halal by Halal Transactions of Omaha.

Our Tenderloin steak is sourced from farms developed by Atlantic Beef Products in PEI. PEI beef has a distinct flavour profile driven by the salt air from the ocean, iron-rich soil, and rolling pastures. This produces healthy stress-free animals, resulting in a taste as unique as the Island itself. All of our PEI cuts have a Canadian beef grading of AAA.

Atlantic Beef Products is certified halal by the Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of Canada.
All of our chicken menu items are sourced from Sargent Farms, which only sources chickens raised on local family farms in Ontario.

Sargent Farms is halal certified by the Halal Monitoring Authority.
