Recognized as one of Ontario’s Top 100 Festivals from 2016 through 2025, this vibrant celebration has welcomed tens of thousands of passionate locals and visitors from across Ontario, Canada, the U.S., and even Italy. Italfest is a free cultural event that immerses guests in the rich spirit of Italy, offering a dynamic Heritage and Cultural Pavilion filled with historical exhibits, a main entertainment stage, a dedicated children’s stage, and a wide array of family-friendly activities.

The festival showcases the essence of Italian culture through engaging experiences like traditional family games, authentic Italian cuisine, puppet theatre, stilt-walking performers, a soccer skills challenge and sports zone, handcrafted goods, and over 50 vendors and artisans. The entertainment lineup features everything from regional folk choirs and dance troupes to local artists—spanning genres from folk and hip-hop to DJs—and internationally acclaimed performers straight from Italy.
