The movie will begin at dusk\, with plenty of pre-movie activities to enjoy—so be sure to arrive early. \n\n\n\nWhile you’re there\, treat yourself to something delicious from one of the local businesses\, whether it’s ice cream\, churros\, funnel cake\, Beavertails\, or your favourite snack. \n\n\n\nIn The Karate Kid\, you’ll follow Dre Parker\, a 12-year-old who moves from Detroit to Beijing with his mother and finds himself struggling to adjust. After facing bullying\, he’s taken under the wing of Mr. Han\, a quiet mentor who teaches him martial arts\, discipline\, and inner strength. As Dre prepares for a major tournament\, you’ll see his journey of growth\, resilience\, and the importance of respect. \n\n\n\nPlease note that this event is weather dependent and may be rescheduled to September 13 in the event of inclement weather.
