On Saturday April 1, 2023 the highly anticipated Pure Muscle + Fitness Championships will take place in Mississauga, at the Meadowvale Theatre. This is a Canadian Physique Alliance event open to all athletes across Canada, giving more top amateurs a chance to compete for their spot to move on to a Pro Qualifier.

Two separate shows:

• Pre-Judging show begins at 10:00 a.m.
• Finals show begins at 5:00 p.m.
